Mixed Feelings

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. The machining and finish are amazing, and the top mount is great as well. The 2 1/2" bolts torqued to spec with no issue. Through my experiences of buying replicas, I have learned to start low and work my way up to the actual spec. The second I feel threads start to go, I let off immediately. Took that same approach with the bolts up top. The problem was the first one I went to tighten, which stripped nowhere close to what I expected. Had my driver set to 10in-lb, and it stripped before I even hit that. All the others did the same, other than the 2 that hold the top mount and 2 more (1 front / 1 back). That's 6 out of 8 that attach to the lower half. I ended up tapping them and putting helicoils in with some serious 2-part cement. Again, looked amazing, but might want to look at the tolerances on your tap. Bought this with the Razor HD 1X6. Absolutely awesome. Very nice finish and glass. Get to use that this weekend. Will report back.

It´s ok.

Video quality below 4k is ok/usable but nothing special.
Needs a special type of battery, which is a bit of a bummer.
App is a bit buggy.
Usable with powerbank though.
Pretty big but lightweight.

Looks great

Mount looks great but it’s not very solid. I message the company in hopes they would send out a replacement. Still waiting for the reply after I sent multiple videos of the faulty product. The red dot mount worked great and is extremely solid. I bought this mount because the reviews said it was sturdy and did not move. Mine seems to wiggle a lot with just my fingers moving it. Which in return makes the red dot look like it is bouncing around and that is just when I dry fire. I tried to upload a video but it won’t let me. ????????‍♂️ hopefully the company writes me back and fixes the issue. I’d love to give it a 5 star review because they look great.

its nice dot in the daytmes but under night vision it is WAAAAAAY too bright. you need to somehow lower the voltage going thru the dot so it will actually be usuable with NODS

I ordered the VCSEL version, Reference: SPC-1449. On this website, it mentions this device comes with a diffuser cap for the IR illuminator and an IR Laser Transparent Protective Cover and a Visible Laser Opaque Protective Cover.
On my unit there is no diffuser cap for the IR illuminator, it's just a plastic cover.
Also, the Transparent Protective Cover completely blocks the IR laser, so if I want to use either function, I must remove both caps. Not ideal.

Also, mine didn't come with the promised 1-year warranty card, but that is a small problem.

The biggest issue I have with my unit is that it seems to be the EEL version and not the VCSEL version which I ordered and is more expensive than the EEL version.
The illuminator has a bright halo right above the hotspot and the hotspot has a petri dish look, which is specific to the EEL version.

Apart from these issues, everything else looks good, the visible green laser is quite strong and the IR laser on both low and high have a long reach and are quite strong even on a moonless night.
