It does its job for what it is

I bought this as a set for my precision rifle. Fitment is perfect and the included optic leveler really helped to ensure a straight mount. The height is exactly as specified (1.35") and gives a comfortable cheek weld. Solid, reliable, and well worth the investment.

After testing a few compact thermals, the S213 stands out for ergonomics. The controls are easy to reach and the display brightness is well tuned. The size makes it realistic to actually run on a pistol without sacrificing handling.

I bought this mainly as a backup optic behind a magnifier on my rifle and it works perfectly in that role. The dot is clean and parallax is minimal. The enclosed emitter gives me peace of mind during rainy games. Definitely a step up from cheaper reflex sights I’ve used before.
