It’s ok

It looks good, fits on a T2. Doesn’t hold an extra battery and will not fit on the Aimpoint p2. Wish I would have known those things. Wouldn’t have bought it

Got the Top mount Micro 30mm

So far the quality seems alright when mounting an LPVO on it. Torqued everything to spec and hopefully will get out to test its durability. I gave it only three stars because the mounting bolts for the Micro Footprint red dot are not long enough to attach the optic. Basically you can screw and tighten the smaller screws towards the front but you cannot even get the rear ones to reach the mounting holes. I reached out to their customer service and they had me send a video on the matter to forward to their team and I have still not heard back from them and it’s been about ten days. Ended up having to order screws from Amazon that were even better quality because the heads of the ones they give you are easy to strip.

Good quality and finish but does not seem to tighten up well. When adding the long, mid, or short board, there is still play at the joint no matter how tight you may get the screw. I noticed that this item seems to sit lower on the top of the receiver than the actual OMM PIC, I think that is what causes the tightening issues.

Good, but one fatal flaw

NOTE: This review is specific to my unit only, giving me a sample size of ONE. Your mileage may vary.

The IR illuminator and IR laser work well and can be zeroed correctly. The visible laser (green in my case) was mounted crooked in the housing, making it impossible to zero. In the process of attempting to zero (before finding out it was built incorrectly), one of the zeroing screws backed out too far and was no longer usable.

After a teardown, where I found out about the crooked laser, I was able to replace the zeroing screw with a self-made assembly from hardware store parts. It's not pretty, but it's functional.

Design flawed

It is made well, however, the front post sits too high and won’t be able to align with the rear sight. Even with the max lowest setting the post is still too high. I had to shave off a section of the post for it to work somewhat.
