Had 1X red dot on my AR but wanted magnification to 6X with lighted "horseshoe of death" optic. With 1X-6X still can use as quick acquisition scope (1X) but 6X allows consistently hitting target at 300 yards!!

I mounted this on my ZEV OZ9 standard competition handgun and it is dead nuts. Easy to use and sight in. I highly recommend getting this if you are considering one you will not regret it.
