This is truly a great scope regardless of the price point. Followed the instructions for a 50 yard zero and it’s dialed in out to 500 on my .300 AAC Blackout.First night out I managed to shoot 4 hogs at varying yardage and a couple were on the run. Clear glass with a great FOV allows for very quick target acquisition. I’m the type of consumer who feels that the more you spend on optics the better the quality, and for the most part, that is true. This scope is relatively inexpensive but the quality is there and then some! You will not be disappointed!!!!
This is an amazing collection of features executed in a masterful manner:
red-green illuminated reticle with push button controls;
x1 functions like a red-dot;
x2 is fast on targets 0-100yds;
x6 with a bipod gets tight groups at range;
rock solid quick release;
prefect glass
Tried their x1-10, but x1 is wobbly and will make you sea-sick and x10 is overkill, IMO.
So far this has been a great experience with this sight. Mounted easily and directly on my Springfield Armory XDs 3.3" 9MM, and is very bright. The concerns about the button being so close to the lens? I did not see it as an issue. I set the brightness for what I would expect is an average brightness and plan on leaving it there. I did put a fingerprint on the glass which was easily removed with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol, as explained in the directions. There is a plastic 3M strip that is not mentioned at all in the package, that is installed sticky side down on the gun, prior to putting the mount on, assuming it is there to protect the battery. Have not shot with it yet, and will update after I take it to the range this weekend. So far, I am really happy with it.
The optic came quick I live in Arizona and it came within two weeks which is crazy. Overall build quality is nice this is actually the second one over bought I don’t know how well it would hold zero on a real AR or firearm but it holds zero on my GBBR sim rifle for airsoft overall pretty good sight and for 50-70 bucks it beats buying the real thing for 500
