Not bad

The light is really good, especially for this price you get quite a lot of lumen, although it is not 1500 lumens tho. It also does not have a recharchable battery or a battery charging kit included, which is mentioned in the description. For airsoft use it is perfect.

I bought the Elcan with the Doctor optic. The Elcan Specter is awesome, looks great and works great. However the Doctor optic is a different story.

Dr. optic showed up non functional. Tried several batteries but still does not work. So I reached out to spec precision a week ago and have heard nothing back.

This is a shame as I intended on ordering more items.

Received this light. Some very impressive things, one big bummer that i had to remedy.

The good:
The individual quality of parts is excellent and feels genuine. Light output is on par, the DS07 switch works and feels tactile, nothing indicates this is a cheaper unit. I'm very happy with the overall build quality and performance.

The bad:
The body of the light did not come tapped with threads for screws, completely preventing mounting the light (see photo). When contacting customer service, they didn't understand the problem and told me I needed to buy a mount (which I did on my original order, and included in the pictures sent to them). After a while I just tapped the threads myself to be able to mount the light correctly.

Overall, I don't regret the purchase. But if I didn't have access to a tap set to fix the part, the light would've been completely worthless to me.

It's a great sling however the quick adjust mechanism was mounted wrong when it arrived, at the beginning I didn't know that it was wrong and used the sling for a week wrong wondering why it wouldn't tighten when pulled. After realizing it was mounted wrong, it took me 20 minutes to unweave everything and put it back together correctly. Very annoying... In the future, do better QC for beginner players that don't know better and will use the sling incorrectly until they buy a new one.
