Good overall performance. The reticle options are useful, especially for fast target acquisition. Slightly bulkier than micro dots but still manageable.

Mixed Feelings

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. The machining and finish are amazing, and the top mount is great as well. The 2 1/2" bolts torqued to spec with no issue. Through my experiences of buying replicas, I have learned to start low and work my way up to the actual spec. The second I feel threads start to go, I let off immediately. Took that same approach with the bolts up top. The problem was the first one I went to tighten, which stripped nowhere close to what I expected. Had my driver set to 10in-lb, and it stripped before I even hit that. All the others did the same, other than the 2 that hold the top mount and 2 more (1 front / 1 back). That's 6 out of 8 that attach to the lower half. I ended up tapping them and putting helicoils in with some serious 2-part cement. Again, looked amazing, but might want to look at the tolerances on your tap. Bought this with the Razor HD 1X6. Absolutely awesome. Very nice finish and glass. Get to use that this weekend. Will report back.

Very solid micro red dot. The 2 MOA dot is crisp and easy to pick up. Mounted it on my AR platform and it held zero after multiple range sessions. Great value for the feature set.

Solid housing kit. Machining and finish are very clean. Installed my Gen2+ tubes without issues and everything aligned properly. Articulation works smoothly and feels reliable.

Very compact optic. The solar assist feature is a nice bonus and helps save battery. Motion sensor works well, turns on quickly when I pick it up. Good value.
